Wellness & Chai Event Recap: Women Listed Creates Space for Women in Wellness to Connect & Grow

July 14, 2025

A first-of-its-kind event by Women Listed, Wellness & Chai brought together women in wellness, purpose-led entrepreneurs, and conscious creators for a day of deep connection, visibility, and nourishment — of the mind, body, and business.

In the heart of Delhi’s lush green Chattarpur, something special unfolded. On July 12, 2025, over 60 women wellness entrepreneurs and professionals came together for Wellness & Chai — an offline experience created by Women Listed, India’s leading visibility platform for women-led businesses.

While the world of wellness is often about external calm, this event was about internal alignment — being seen, being heard, and finding your people. From healing rituals and powerful panels to an energetic Elevator Pitch Circle, Wellness & Chai was both a celebration and a sanctuary.

A Wellness Event in Delhi That Went Beyond the Surface

Hosted at Opulent Hotels by Ferns N Petals, the event opened with grounding rituals and soft music, setting the tone for what would be a day of slow, intentional connection. The highlight of the morning was the panel discussion on “Building Purpose-Driven Wellness Practices”, featuring wellness expert and author Kavita Devgan, conscious brand leader Surbhi Bansal of Nirmalaya, and spiritual wellness guide Mrridula Bali.

Moderated by Meeta Gutgutia, Founder of Women Listed and Co-Founder of Ferns N Petals, the discussion was honest, raw, and full of wisdom — addressing journey, challenges, growth, burnout, and building brands with soul.

Real Women. Real Stories. 60 Seconds at a Time.

The heart of the event was the Elevator Pitch Circle — a Women Listed signature format. Each participant had just one minute to pitch their wellness brand or personal story to a supportive room of peers. From first-time founders to seasoned practitioners, the energy was electric. Five standout voices received recognition certificates for their clarity, confidence, and connection:

  • Meeta Meenakshi, Holistic Psychologist and founder of Infinitum
  • Surbhi Sikri, founder of Qilumé Aesthetics
  • Aarushi Chawla, Nutritionist and founder of Nurtify with Aarushi
  • Preeti Seth Mentor and CEO, Pachouli Wellness Group
  • Mehak Goel, founder of NomWom Foods

Their stories ranged from gut health to holistic aesthetics, from ancient healing practices to modern nutrition — each one leaving the room inspired and energized.

A Marketplace of Wellness, Curated by Women

The event featured a handpicked showcase of 10 women-led wellness brands, each representing a different aspect of holistic health and conscious living. Attendees explored, sampled, and engaged with passionate founders at their curated booths:

  • Poonam Khetan, founder of Healer Ji, offering powerful energy healing tools through her app.
  • Dr. Shivi Batra, founder of Anandam – A Complete Healing Solution, combining science and spirituality
  • Surbhi Sikri, CEO & Chief Brand Officer of Qilumé Aesthetics, a clean aesthetics and wellness space
  • Devli Sehgal, co-founder of Anaghaya, a brand rooted in wholistic health and wellness traditions
  • Kavita Heda, the founder of Tvara Superfood, known for seed cycling blends for hormonal health
  • Shreya Mittal, founder of Breaking Booze, a mocktail and natural beverage brand
  • Reena Rana, the heart behind Reena’s Healthy Delights, bringing homemade, nourishing snacks
  • Arzoo Bhatia, founder of HAAL CHAAL, a psychosomatic clinic focused on mind-body healing
  • Kanika Chauhan & Tanya Chauhan, co-founders of Pieces and Peace, a brand celebrating wellness through journaling

This vibrant wellness marketplace wasn’t just about products — it was about presence, purpose, and meaningful conversations. Every table held a story, every interaction sparked connection.

Collaboration That Made It All Possible

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the partners who helped bring Wellness & Chai to life. The warm, inviting ambience was made possible by our Venue Partner, Opulent Hotel by Ferns N Petals and Decor Partner, A Flowery Affair. Our Beverage Partner, Atmosphere Wellness kept everyone refreshed with their healthy, flavorful Kombucha drinks. The comforting chai moments were curated with love by Butterfly Ayurveda, and the thoughtfully designed wellness lunch was crafted by Café Swasthya as our Menu Curator. We’re also grateful to our Media Partners, Sipping Thoughts and The Daily Social, for helping us amplify the voices and stories of women in wellness.

What’s Next: A Growing Movement of Women Entrepreneurs

The success of Wellness & Chai is part of a larger movement — one that Women Listed is building with heart and intention. Up next is the Elevator Pitch – Noida Edition in August 2025, followed by the Women Listed Bazaar: Gift Edit in September, and the Food Fest & Women in Food Awards in December — each offering new opportunities for women-led brands to grow, connect, and be seen.

Wellness & Chai wasn’t just another wellness event in Delhi. It was a sacred circle of women, a visibility platform in action, and a reminder that when women come together — magic happens.

If you're a woman in wellness, a conscious business owner, or someone simply seeking deeper connections and meaningful visibility, Women Listed is your space.

Join the movement. Be seen. Be celebrated.
