How are Women Leading The Modern Corporate world as Corporate Trainers

In the modern corporate world, it has become essential for each employee to attend technical training to polish their current abilities and Upskill themselves to succeed in their career. Companies understand that the best way to stay ahead of the competition is to educate their employees regularly. As a result, there are currently career prospects for Corporate trainers, particularly women.

According to corporate professionals and studies, India ranks high in the number of women in senior management roles. According to the global accounting firm Grant Thornton, India is ranked third in the world. Women hold 39% of senior management in India. Women can communicate with participants, analyze their concerns, and propose constructive answers to their problems, making them effective Corporate Trainers.

One such Corporate trainer is Tunvey Gogia.

Tunvey Gogia is a Corporate Trainer, Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Motivational speaker. She skillfully combines her passion for interacting with people with 20 years of experience working in the corporate and media sectors. Her insight is in helping people realize their inner potential through behavioural modification.

As a professional, Tunvey has significant industry expertise in TV, content production, business, and corporate training for over two decades. She started in Doordarshan as an anchor before instating her career as a creative producer on OTT shows and short films, including a few theme-based programs on networks like Star World and NDTV.

Although she began her career in the entertainment industry, her inclination was more towards bringing a change in society. This inevitably made her move into shows focused on education and social issues. The Prudent lady has hosted more than 300 discussion shows and interviewed guests from all walks of life. She is an engaging presenter; meeting people from all backgrounds has been her profession's most apparent benefit.

Ms Tunvey Gogia gives credit to the people she has interacted with for enhancing her interpersonal skills. Her unshakeable faith in the capacity of the human imagination piqued her curiosity about how people behave which helped her embark on a personal journey to learn more about coaching and business training. 

Over time, Tunvey Gogia's corporate training sessions' audience grew from a small, close-knit group of 10 participants to more than 1,000.

Tunvey as a professional delivers programs designed for C-suite leaders to help them become a positive driving force for their companies and junior staff to achieve their goals and learn leadership skills.
