"When the going gets tough, the tough get going"—this adage perfectly describes Ms. Aparna Apte Gupta. While everyone knows the sunny side up, her trials and tribulations are hardly spoken of.
Aparna is an Executive Coach, Life Coach, and Art-Based Facilitator with over two decades of professional experience in several sectors. The remarkable woman developed her profession by defying all odds in her life. She lost her husband in an accident when her son was just 10 months old. It was a life-changing incident for her. However, Aparna perceives the situation as a challenge and feels it has only strengthened her resolve to be stronger, more conscious, and do all of the things she wants to do.
“It has given me a feeling of purpose outside of my little cocoon and work towards my long-term goal of helping people” - She acclaims.

Having worked in the media and entertainment industry for 22 years as a producer and director for prominent organizations like Doordarshan, Channel V, BBC World, and National Geographic Channels, as well as marketing for start-up, not-for-profit, and corporate sectors. Aparna made a shift into coaching, facilitation, and training.
She is an ICF-certified Executive Coach. Aparna alludes to it as a career-in-progress since the skill of growing people is unique, exciting, and always necessary in every setting or situation. The ambitious woman is a go-getter with a natural interest in conceptualizing, brand strategy, and creating vision and pathways for her clients. She believes in working together to help each other flourish. Her diverse work experience provides her with an in-depth awareness of the intricacies and problems of a wide range of projects in both corporate environments and artistic endeavors.
She is a single mother who considers parenting to be her full-time job. After all, a parent is a parent forever. She claims being an only parent has taught her how to be the good cop and bad cop simultaneously. Efficiency in time management, allows her to plan her day and life better.
Aparna believes she has grown incredibly owing to the lessons she has acquired from her experiences in life. It has also motivated her to become a better version of herself.
