A life Coach Full of Life: Inspirational Woman Harika Sachdev

December 16, 2022

“Life and career decisions require a long view of what comes after and an honest understanding of personal values, beliefs, skills, goals, and ambitions.”

-Harika Sachdev

These are the words of Harika Sachdev. Harika is an ICF-certified life coach who empowers her clients by combining solution-focused modern coaching techniques with scientifically supported holistic healing practices. She practices energy medicine such as RENEMEY therapies, EFT, Sound Healing, and meditation. Personal Growth Coaching, Relationship Coaching, Youth Coaching, and Wellbeing Coaching are among her coaching specialities.

Her Story:

She had a life full of experiences, both positive and not-so-positive. These experiences enabled her to successfully carve her niche.

"Life has shown me all its colours," she says, "and my early life experience of palliative care for my mother gave me insight into dealing with the critical illness of a loved one." It sparked a quiet desire in me to pitch in and help people facing personal challenges."

One of the most important motivators for her to continue on her journey is her refusal to force herself to make changes before she is ready. She believes in self-forgiveness and says, "Like all of us, I am aware that I make mistakes, but I am also conscious of not overthinking but rather accepting and pausing worry."

About her work

Her work as an ICF-certified Life and Personal Growth Coach has been outstanding. She specializes in Relationships, Youth Coaching, Grief Coaching, and working with women returning to work after a sabbatical. Along with solution-focused modern coaching techniques, her practice incorporates scientifically-backed energy psychology and holistic healing practices such as EFT, Quantum Techniques, Ho'oponopono, Sound Healing, the RENE MEY therapies, Chakra Healing, and other Energy Medicine tools such as Meditation, Om chanting healing circles, and others to help others on their life journeys. She is deeply committed to doing her part to make the world a better, calmer, and more peaceful place... one person at a time.

She actively works in the field of personal growth with corporations and non-governmental organizations in the social sector. She also runs a niche digital marketing setup. Along with these, the ability to volunteer with various platforms to empower children, the socially challenged, and critically ill patients has been an enormous source of personal growth for me.

Her Mantra for Success

Her job is to enhance her clients' abilities, allowing them to take responsibility for their development and build confidence in their abilities to achieve their goals. She swears by these multiple keys to success, which she learned from her experience:

  • Planning and discipline
  • Accountability to yourself
  • Consistency
  • Patience
  • Curiosity combined with Resourcefulness
  • Healthy Boundaries with others and self
  • Acknowledging and Overcoming limiting beliefs
  • Resilience
  • Gratitude
  •  Last but not the least, the tangibles of sleep, nutrition, social connections
