September 6, 2022

We at women listed would like to celebrate and appreciate every woman who has chosen a career in photography and has inspired many young women to do the same. Henceforth, we bring five outstanding women photographers who have made a significant impression in photography and photojournalism and are a great inspiration to others.

PRERNA NAINWAL

Her keen interest in the fashion industry helped her develop a unique signature style quickly. Working with many big fashion and lifestyle brands and experimenting with various creative concepts, artistic styles, and movements, especially expressionism, took her to the zenith of the photography industry.

CHEENA KAPOOR

Kapoor a Delhi-based photographer, photographs India's red-light areas and mental asylums. She has spent time as a photojournalist with women engaged in commercial surrogacy and young female drug users, some of whom are as young as five. She shares their experiences with people who would otherwise never see this side of the world.

NISHAT FATIMA
