Women Listed Mid-Year Recap of 2025: Pitch Meets, Purposeful Event & What’s Coming

July 28, 2025

In 2025, Women Listed didn’t just set out to “do more;” we set out to do it with purpose.

Every gathering, pitch meet, and conversation was designed with intention — not just to bring women entrepreneurs together, but to connect them to real opportunities, resources, and community. We focused on what actually moves the needle: visibility, confidence, and consistent support.

The first half of this year wasn’t about ticking boxes or doing what’s expected. It was about building rooms where women could speak their truth, grow their business, and feel seen in the process.

Here’s everything we’ve created so far in 2025 — and why the second half is only getting bolder.

The 60-Second Elevator Pitch Meets: Where Stories Became Strategy

Our signature Meet became more than a format — it became a force. From January to June, we hosted five packed editions across Delhi and Gurgaon. Each one gave women founders a sharp, supportive space to pitch their businesses to decision-makers, potential partners, and fellow entrepreneurs.

→  January 18, Delhi: We launched 2025 with high intent. Founders came ready, and the room responded with real energy.

→  February 12, Gurugram (M3M): A more intimate format brought with reaching out to newer networks and connections.

→  March 19, Gurugram x Amazon Saheli: This special edition emphasized visibility and digital readiness, in collaboration with Amazon Saheli.

→  April 18, Delhi (with Prachi Kukreja): With a pre-pitch coaching session, founders took the stage with next-level confidence.

→  June 25, Delhi (with Live Photography Workshop): Pitching met personal branding — with founders walking away with both contacts and content.

These pitch rooms weren’t just about exposure. They were about transformation.

Celebrating Excellence that Deserved the Spotlight

On March 1, we hosted the 4th Edition of the Women Listed Celebrating Excellence Awards — an evening built to honor women who lead with intent, resilience, and bold growth.

Held at the elegant IHC in New Delhi, the night brought together over 100 women entrepreneurs, investors, ecosystem enablers, and guests who understand that recognition isn’t about perfection — it’s about persistence. From founder-led panel and sharp storytelling to real applause for real milestones, the event celebrated growth in all its forms: steady, quiet, messy, and exponential.

What stood out? The stories. Women shared journeys of reinvention, risk, and resolve. Awardees weren’t selected for flash — they were chosen for their impact, their decisions, and the way they move with purpose. And as always, we didn’t just hand out awards — we created a room where every woman felt seen.

Power Partnership that Made Space for Leadership

This April, Women Listed partnered with WILL Forum India for the 18th WILL Women in Leadership Program — a two-day immersive experience featuring CEOs, mentors, and leadership experts.

Held at India International Centre, the program gave our community access to real conversations, executive mentoring, and a certified leadership track. From roundtable dinners to a leadership walk through Lodi Gardens, every moment was built for clarity, confidence, and connection. It was a partnership that went beyond presence — it gave our members a seat at the table.

Biz, Biryani & Bachche: Where Motherhood and Ambition Coexisted

On May 10, we hosted the first edition of Biz, Biryani & Bachche — a signature Women Listed event created for entrepreneurs who are also moms, juggling ambition and nurturing in the same breath.

Held at Udman Hotel in Delhi, the day blended bold storytelling with real business visibility. From live pitches and brand showcases to a power-packed panel featuring trailblazers like Naina Ruhail (Vanity Wagon), Geetika Anand Gupta (MOPP Foods), and Sonali Saraogi Singh (Feed Smart), every part of the event focused on making entrepreneurial moms visible — not just as women who manage, but women who lead.

It wasn’t about balance. It was about honesty — about the sacrifices, trade-offs, and victories that rarely get a platform. The women in the room walked away with more than applause. They left with a tangible sense of community, media coverage, social spotlight, and a business directory that continues to amplify their work. It was loud, joyful, vulnerable — and the kind of space we need more of.

Wellness & Chai: Bringing Together Women in Wellness

On July 12, we invited our community to pause — not because they needed to slow down, but because they deserved to. Wellness & Chai wasn’t a panel or a workshop — it was an experience, built to remind women that rest, reflection, and softness are strategic too.

Hosted at a calm, natural setting, the event brought together women-led wellness brands, seekers, and founders navigating the often unspoken tension between ambition and wellbeing. Through rituals like tea tasting, scent circles, and storytelling sessions, the space became a canvas for women to share what wellness really means — not in marketing language, but in lived, personal terms.

There were no bios read aloud. No slideshows or talking points. Just women showing up with full hearts and open minds, honoring where they are and what they’re building — with themselves at the center. It was quiet, but powerful. Slow, but unforgettable. Exactly what many didn’t know they needed.

This Is More Than Momentum — It’s a Movement

2025 has shown us what happens when women show up, share stories, and back each other. The rooms are fuller. The conversations are sharper. And the impact? Undeniable. At Women Listed, we’re not just building events — we’re building an ecosystem. And the second half of the year? You’ll want to be part of it.
