It connects women-made products with corporates, institutions, and thoughtful individuals across India who want their gifts to carry a story.
Women entrepreneurs, women-led brands, makers, homegrown businesses, and gifting-ready product brands can apply. The products should be suitable for festive, corporate, institutional, HNI, or purposeful personal gifting.
We welcome gifting-ready products across categories such as artisan hampers, handcrafted items, wellness and self-care, gourmet foods, home and lifestyle, stationery and craft, sustainable gifting, festive products, and customizable gifting options.
No. Applications go through curation review based on gifting-readiness, originality, and packaging quality. Women Listed reserves the right to curate the final cohort.
No. The Gift Edit is not a sales exhibition or bazaar. The main focus is the digital gifting catalogue, which gives participating brands 12 months of visibility. The September 10 gathering in New Delhi is a curated visibility, learning, and networking meet, not a regular sales floor.
Yes. The digital catalogue is open to eligible women-led brands from across India. However, brands applying for the September 10 Showcase Meet should be able to be present in New Delhi or have someone represent them at the event.
The Digital Catalogue Listing includes up to 10 products, product images, brand and founder details, category, description, MOQ, price range, customization suitability, bulk gifting suitability, and an enquiry route. The listing remains live on womenlisted.com for 12 months.
No. Participation creates visibility, discovery, and outreach opportunities, but we do not guarantee sales. Women Listed will actively promote and share the catalogue, but final interest depends on buyer requirements, product fit, pricing, presentation, and timing.
Each listing will include an enquiry route so interested buyers can express interest or be connected further. Depending on the enquiry, Women Listed may also help route relevant buyer interest to the brand.
The participating brand is responsible for its own pricing, order confirmation, invoicing, packaging, customization, delivery, and customer service. Women Listed’s role is to create visibility, discovery, and relevant connections through the catalogue and event.
There are three ways to participate: Catalogue Only, Catalogue + September 10 Display Table, and September 10 Event Access Only.
Catalogue Only is for brands that want digital visibility. Catalogue + Display Table is for brands that also want on-ground showcase visibility along with Digital Catalogue listing. Event Access is for those who want to attend the meet without a catalogue listing.

Yes. You can register for the September 10 Visibility Meet separately at ₹2,499 per person. This gives you access to the panels, learning sessions, networking, and curated conversations, but it does not include a catalogue listing.
No. Participation at all levels is subject to curation. Once you submit your application, the Women Listed team will review your brand, product category, product presentation, and gifting suitability before confirming the next steps.
Yes. Corporates, institutions, HNIs, and individuals looking for purposeful gifting options can request the Gift Edit catalogue. Women Listed will share the catalogue and may connect them with relevant brands based on their gifting needs.
Yes. The Gift Edit offers several brand partnership and sponsorship tiers — from Title Sponsor to Category Partner and Community Supporter. Sponsorship provides logo placement in the catalogue, co-branding at the showcase, social media visibility, and direct access to the Women Listed audience. Payments once made are non-refundable. Refunds or adjustments will only be considered if the event is cancelled or postponed by Women Listed, and will be subject to official communication shared with registered participants.
