am Geetanjali- a certified postpartum transition coach. I struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety—even with a supportive partner and family. It's worse for women who don't have that support. Moreover new mothers cannot speak about it becase "you’re supposed to be happy." Many women suffer in silence for years. As a postpartum transition coach, I offer a safe space and practical tools to mothers struggling through postpartum depression, rage, anxiety, identity crisis, time management struggles, emotional overwhelm and help them feel more in control, more themselves, and truly enjoy motherhood.
