Wellness & Chai is a one-day, in-person experience designed by Women Listed for women who live full, layered lives — as entrepreneurs, professionals, creators, and caregivers.

It is not designed to impress, energise, or overwhelm.
It is designed to slow you down.

This experience brings together intention, self-reflection, mindful nourishment, and gentle visibility — held over chai, shared spaces, and moments of quiet. Every element of the day is consciously curated to help you pause, notice, and realign — with yourself and with the work you are building.

Wellness & Chai 2.0 is an invitation to reconnect with clarity, to practise self-regard without guilt, and to remember why you do what you do — without noise or performance.
